Denise Dance is a fitness brand that focuses on improving physical and mental wellness of women. By incorporating trending choreography and atmospheric lighting, were able to replicate a dance stage experience that has you feeling like a superstar. Denise Dance thrives on choreography for any experience level and size. No experience is necessary, if in doubt, we say twerk it out.
Denise Dance holds 12 in person Blaq Method workshops a year in the St. Louis & Chicago areas. When there is not a workshop being held, Denise Dance pariticipates in community & private party events.

To provide a safe place for you to express yourself, tone your body, explore femininity, increase flexibility, and to develop a strong sense of self worth, love and confidence.
We are a group of like-minded women, who through dance, build ourselves up, and those around us. We are a judgement free community that empowers each other as we embrace our body and femininity.
Dance is a fun fitness alternative. It can be used to improve your mental and physical health. Nothing makes us happier than watching our students grow in confidence with each workshop over time. The benefits of our workshops extend past just physical exercise, our teachings give you life guidance and a space to clear your mind.
The Blaq Method Mantra
The Blaq Method Mantra encourages our students to understand they are already beautiful, strong, intelligent, receiving of love and everything they deserve. The mantra is said at the beginning of every workshop. At the end of class, students are reminded to embrace their journey and continue to love on themselves unconditionally

Here's How It Works
Pick a date. Set the number of attendees. Inform if a studio is needed or if you have a location. Choose a song. Then, choose a style of dance (heels, twerk, chair dance).

We Dance Anywhere
Denise Dance offers a pop-up studio in a city near you. All parties are serviced in MO, IL & KS areas. If you are located outside these areas parties are allowed and pricing will vary. We love tailoring to your event needs.

Book a bash for yourself, plan one for your bestie, or your favorite organization for some unconventional bonding.

Our parties are great for all levels no prior dance experience required.

Our parties consist of three packages:
